Talent revitalization is not only an important part of rural revitalization,but also the premise and support of rural revitalization.This paper analyzes that there are some restricting factors for colleges and universities to revitalize innovative and entrepreneurial education in rural areas,such as conceptual deviation,weak teachers and young people's lack of entrepreneurial will.It is proposed to strengthen ideological and political theory courses,innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education in the same direction,build a cooperative education platform of industry,university and research,speed up the development of rural-oriented vocational education,and guide students to establish a correct employment value orientation,for the purpose of optimizing the education of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities and facilitating implementation ofthe Rural Revitalization Strategy.
