地方应用型高校思政课赋能乡村人才振兴的路径探析——基于新人力资本理论

摘要
基于新人力资本理论分析框架,提出地方应用型高校思政课育人的"三重属性":国家民族属性、时代属性和地方基层属性.总结当前地方应用型高校思政课育人在赋能乡村人才振兴上存在的问题并进行归因分析,继而认为人才培育乡村发展定位、思政课程建设"乡村思政"元素内嵌与强化、校地"乡村思政"共育模式创新和"乡村思政"育人有效投资追加是地方应用型高校思政课赋能乡村人才振兴的有效路径.
Abstract
Based on the analysis framework of the new human capital theory,this paper puts forward the"triple attributes"of ideological and political education in local applied colleges and universities:national,epochal and local grass-roots attributes.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the ideological and political education in local applied colleges and universities and analyze the attribution of the problems existing in the revitalization of rural talents.Then,it is considered that the orientation of talent cultivation in rural development,the embedding and strengthening of"rural ideological and political"elements in curriculum construction,the innovation of"rural ideological and political"university-localityco-education mode and the effective investment in"rural ideological and political education"are the effective ways to revitalize rural talents in ideological and political courses in local applied colleges.
