乡村振兴战略下济南市中等职业教育现状与提升策略研究

摘要
随着政府对农村扶持政策的不断深入,农村面貌出现巨大的改变.中等职业教育在乡村振兴战略中处于基础性、先导性的地位,职业教育赋能乡村振兴战略的意义将更加重大.以济南市中等职业教育为例,研究中等职业教育存在的问题,一是涉农专业设置学校少;二是涉农专业师资队伍建设滞后;三是中等职业教育资源不足;四是涉农专业生源流失严重;五是乡村青少年问题突出等.分析问题产生的原因,提出合理化策略,推动济南市中等职业教育高质量发展.济南市对中等职业教育高度重视,全面推进现代职业教育加快发展.中等职业教育作为济南市推进转型发展的根本性战略措施,采取得力措施,努力完善中等职业教育发展环境、加强经费保障、提升内涵发展水平,为济南市经济社会高质量发展提供强有力的人力资源支撑.
Abstract
With the continuous deepening of the government's support policies for rural areas,great changes have taken place in rural areas.Secondary vocational education is in a basic and leading position in the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and the significance of vocational education empowering the Rural Revitalization Strategy will be more important.Taking the secondary vocational education in Jinan as an example,this paper studies the existing problems of secondary vocational education,first,there are few schools for agriculture-related majors;second,the construction of teachers for agriculture-related majors lags behind;third,secondary vocational education resources are insufficient;fourth,the loss of agriculture-related majors is serious;fifth,the problem of rural teenagers is prominent.Thus,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward reasonable strategies to promote the high-quality development of secondary vocational education in Jinan.As a fundamental strategic measure to promote the transformation and development of Jinan,secondary vocational education takes effective measures to improve the development environment of secondary vocational education,strengthen the guarantee of funds and enhance the level of connotation development,thus providing strong human resources support for the high-quality economic and social development of Jinan.
