高职院校党建业务"两张皮"现象长期困扰着高职院校管理者,也在一定程度上制约着高职院校服务乡村振兴的积极性、主动性、贡献度.吸收借鉴"专业建在产业上、红旗插在田埂上"的优秀传统和"四依托四结合"双师培养模式的典型实践,设计提出高职院校基层党组织服务乡村振兴的"三联系四联动"机制."三联系四联动"机制明显促进涉农高职院校基层党组织及其党员真正深入基层、融入乡村、走入千家万户,可以加强涉农高职院校基层党组织与地方乡村党务、村务和生产经营的联系指导,增进涉农高职院校与地方农业农村发展的联动协同,服务农业生产、经营,服务农村党建、治理,服务农民精神文明,培养乡村振兴人才.
The phenomenon of"two skins"in the business of Party building in vocational college has perplexed the managers of vocational college for a long time,and to a certain extent,it restricts the enthusiasm,initiative and contribution of vocational college to serve the revitalization of the countryside.Absorbing and drawing lessons from the excellent tradition of"the specialty is built on the industry and the red flag planted on the ridge of the field"and the typical practice of the dual-division training mode of"four supports and four combinations",this paper designs and puts forward the"three connections and four linkage"mechanism for the grass-roots Party organizations in vocational college to serve the revitalization of the countryside.The"three connections and four linkages"mechanism obviously promotes the grass-roots Party organizations and their Party members in agriculture-related vocational college to really go deep into the grass-roots level,integrate into the countryside and enter thousands of households.It can strengthen the connection and guidance between grass-roots Party organizations in agriculture-related vocational college and local rural Party affairs,village affairs and production and management,enhance the linkage and coordination between agriculture-related vocational college and local agricultural and rural development,serve agricultural production and management,serve rural Party building,governance,serve farmers'spiritual civilization and train talents for rural revitalization.
