摘要
随着乡村振兴战略稳步推进,我国乡村人才队伍建设取得一定成果和经验.同时也存在着人才总量不足、素质不高、队伍结构失衡等问题亟待解决.未来,应从拓宽引才渠道、加大培养力度、健全人才机制体制、优化人才环境等途径入手,切实加强乡村人才队伍建设.
Abstract
With the steady progress of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the construction of rural talent team in our country has made some achievements and experience.At the same time,there are also some problems to be solved,such as insufficient total amount of talents,low quality,unbalanced team structure and so on.In the future,the construction of rural talent team should be strengthened by broadening the channels of attracting talents,strengthening training,perfecting the mechanism and system of talents,optimizing the environment of talents and so on.
