The problem of unbalanced development between urban and rural areas in Guangdong is prominent,and the task of rural revitalization is heavy.Under the conditions of the new era,Guangdong should give full play to the leading role of grass-roots Party organizations in Party building and promote the all-round revitalization of the countryside.Through an in-depth explanation of the relationship between grass-roots Party building and rural revitalization,this paper analyzes that there are still some problems in Guangdong's rural revitalization led by grass-roots Party construction,such as insufficient leading power,insufficient leading ability,insufficient leading cohesion and so on.It is proposed that we should strengthen the construction of grass-roots Party members,improve the system and mechanism of Party organization,enhance the social governance efficiency of grass-roots Party building,innovate the ways and methods of grass-roots Party building,and explore the mode of"Party building plus ecology",so as to build a new era path for grass-roots Party building to lead the overall revitalization of the countryside.
