基于"五位一体"的现代智慧农业管理体系建设探索

摘要
智慧农业是农业朝着现代化方向创新发展过程中的产物,深刻体现农业的发展方向.然而,现阶段我国农业在转型升级的过程中虽取得重要进展,但仍面临着一些现实挑战,如农业种植理念和方式落后.需要建立基于"五位一体"的现代智慧农业管理体系,加强对农业核心技术的研究、优化农业服务体系及集结多方资源和力量来实现农业的数据化管理和智慧化治理.该文通过阐述智慧农业与现代智慧农业管理的概念,分析基于"五位一体"的现代智慧农业管理体系建设存在的问题,并提出相关的建设路径,以供参考.
Abstract
Smart agriculture is the product of the innovative development of agriculture in the direction of modernization,which profoundly embodies the development direction of agriculture.However,although China's agriculture has made important progress in the process of transformation and upgrading at the present stage,it is still facing some practical challenges,such as the backwardness of agricultural planting concepts and methods.It is necessary to establish a modern smart agricultural management system based on"five in one",strengthen the research on the core technology of agriculture,optimize the agricultural service system and gather resources and forces to realize the data management and smart management of agriculture.By expounding the concepts of smart agriculture and modern smart agricultural management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of modern smart agricultural management system based on"five in one",and puts forward the relevant construction paths for reference.
