黑龙江省农业科学院发明专利转化现状、影响因素与建议

摘要
该文以黑龙江省农业科学院各研究所、直属分院及其相关科研单位(以下统称为黑龙江省农科院)现有专利信息为基础,结合黑龙江省农科院专利科技成果转化现状,开展发明专利科技成果转化分析,探讨影响发明专利转化前景的重要因素,进而提出促进发明专利转化的相关建议,助推发明专利落地转化,提高转化率,实现发明专利科技成果的产业化应用和技术扩散.
Abstract
This paper is based on the existing patent information of various research institutes,branches and related scientific research units of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences(hereinafter referred to as Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences),combined with the current situation of the transformation of patent scientific and technological achievements of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,this paper carries out the analysis of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of invention patent,probes into the important factors that affect the prospect of the transformation of invention patent,and then puts forward some suggestions to promote the transformation of invention patent,promote the conversion of invention patents on the ground,improve the conversion rate,and realize the industrial application and technology diffusion of scientific and technological achievements of invention patents.
