摘要
产业发展与振兴是民族地区从脱贫攻坚到乡村振兴的有效实现路径之一.茶产业是省级"特色田园乡村·乡村振兴集成示范点"贞丰县长田村乡村振兴的优势绿色产业.基于贞丰县长田村茶产业的田野调查,对该地茶产业的优劣势分析发现,长田村茶产业具备开工时间早、高校定点帮扶、种茶历史悠久、村民致富意愿统一等发展优势,同时也存在茶园效益低下、产品单一、经营化水平不高等问题.建议以"茶+"的产业发展模式协同民族文化为核心、以生态环境为基础、以人才帮扶为方法、以良好组织为力量助力民族地区产业兴旺,助力贞丰县长田村乡村振兴.
Abstract
Industrial development and revitalization is one of the effective ways to realize the national areas from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,while the tea industry is the dominant green industry in Changtian Village,Zhenfeng County,a rural integrated demonstration site in China.Based on the field investigation of the tea industry in Changtian Village,Zhenfeng County,it is found that the tea industry in Changtian Village has many development advantages,such as early start-up time,fixed-point assistance from colleges and universities,a long history of growing tea,and a unified willingness of villagers to get rich.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as low efficiency of tea garden,single product,low level of management and so on.It is suggested that the industrial development model of"Tea Plus"should cooperate with national culture as the core,ecological environment as the basis,talent assistance as the method,and good organization as the strength to promote the prosperity of industry in ethnic minority areas and the revitalization of Changtian Village in Zhenfeng County.
