新时代大学生服务乡村振兴的意识调查分析

摘要
乡村振兴是新时代三农工作的总抓手,引导新时代大学生投身乡村振兴是解决当前我国农村人才缺乏的重要举措,也是解决当前大学生就业困难的重要渠道.该文通过对重庆四所高校学生的问卷调查与访谈,了解新时代大学生服务乡村振兴的意识,分析存在的困境并提出相应对策.研究发现,新时代大学生服务乡村振兴面临的困境主要由乡村发展前景不符合大学生就业预期、高校缺乏系统和完善的教育体系、大学生的专业难以契合乡村振兴的需求 3 方面构成,应通过高校引导大学生树立正确的服务观念、政府拓展就业市场优化人才结构、开展全方位宣传展现农村新面貌等策略,提升大学生服务乡村振兴的意识,实现乡村振兴人才需求.
Abstract
Rural revitalization is the general grasp of the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.guiding college students to join the rural revitalization in the new era is not only an important measure to solve the current lack of rural talents,but also an important channel to solve the current employment difficulties of college students.Through questionnaires and interviews with students from four colleges and universities in Chongqing,this paper understands the consciousness of college students in serving rural revitalization in the new era,analyzes the existing difficulties and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The study found that the dilemma faced by college students in serving rural revitalization in the new era is mainly composed of three aspects:the prospect of rural development does not meet the employment expectations of college students,the lack of systematic and perfect education system in colleges and universities,and the difficulty of college students'majors to meet the needs of rural revitalization.Colleges and universities should guide college students to establish a correct concept of service,the government to expand the employment market to optimize the talent structure,and carry out all-directional publicity to show the new face of the countryside,so as to enhance the consciousness of college students to serve the revitalization of the countryside,so as to realize the demand for talents for rural revitalization.
