村落共同体构建的内在逻辑与培育路径——以渝东南L村为例

摘要
政治、经济、文化、情感共同构建乡村社会发展的生态系统,经济的发展为乡村社会提供必要的物质条件,成为留得住人的显性力量,而文化与情感的价值是为乡村发展留住"人心".L村在构建村落共同体的过程中以情感力量为纽带,以乡贤精英为模范引领,通过集体活动凝聚村民共识,在集体活动中强化个体对村落的认同感和归属感,使潜在的文化符号、精神价值共同转化为促进村寨发展的外在物质力量,促进L村村落社会的发展.
Abstract
Politics,economy,culture and emotion jointly construct the ecosystem of rural social development.Economic development provides necessary material conditions for rural society and becomes a dominant force to retain people.The value of culture and emotion is to retain the"hearts"for rural development.In the process of building a village community,L Village takes emotional strength as the link,takes the rural elites as a model,builds villagers'consensus through collective activities,and strengthens individuals'sense of identity and belonging to the village in collective activities,so that the potential cultural symbols and spiritual values are transformed into the external material force to promote the development of the village,and promote the development of L village society.
