Society is stable in rural areas,rural stability in agriculture,agriculture is the premise of social stability,the country's self-reliance and self-improvement depends to a large extent on the development of agriculture,the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy can promote the development of new agricultural technology,create a more advanced rural agricultural complex,and vigorously promote economic development.However,there are still some difficulties in the high-quality development of China's agricultural economy,such as poor supporting infrastructure,backward technology,shortage of talents,difficult to raise funds and so on,which have caused great obstacles to the high-quality development of agricultural economy.In the face of the above difficulties,this paper points out the measures to improve the infrastructure construction,enhance the scientific and technological capacity,cultivate high-quality human resources,and improve the industrial structure system and the rural security system,in order to promote the high-quality development of rural economy and society.
