依托"科技小院"的公费农科生人才培养模式构建与探索

公费农科生政策是现代农科教育模式下推进乡村人才振兴的重要举措.自 2018 年开始,山东省推行公费农科生教育政策,为基层定向培养农业技术推广人才.该文以青岛农业大学为例,对当前公费农科生人才培养过程中出现的主要问题进行分析;介绍公费农科生以参加"科技小院"为载体,以准农业技术推广员的身份,深入基层农村进行实践学习应用,开展乡村志愿服务活动,在田间地头和走访农户调研过程中,观察、发现、研究并解决生产实践中出现的实际问题,积极探索和构建"学校课堂+科技小院+乡村田间"三位一体的公费农科生培养新模式,并对该模式的主要做法以及取得的成效等进行说明.
The policy of public-funded agricultural students is an important measure to promote the revitalization of rural talents under the mode of modern agricultural education.Since 2018,Shandong Province has implemented a public education policy for agricultural students to train talents for agricultural technology extension at the grass-roots level.Taking Qingdao Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems in the process of training public-funded agricultural students and introduces the public-funded agricultural students who,in the capacity of quasi-agricultural technology promoters,go to the grass-roots rural areas to carry out practical learning and application,carry out rural voluntary service activities,and observe,discover,study and solve practical problems in production practice in the process of field and visiting farmer households,so as to actively explore and construct a new public-funded agricultural college training model of"school classroom + hi-tech courtyard + rural field",and explain the main methods of this model and the results achieved.
