In order to meet the requirements of comprehensively promoting the revitalization of rural areas for the cultivation of practical,compound and innovative talents in New Agricultural Science,a course of"Smart Agriculture"was set up for agricultural undergraduates.However,the course faces two major challenges,one is that the informatization foundation of agricultural students is weak,and the other is that it is difficult to sort out the information needs and problems in the field of agriculture.Therefore,the teaching reform of Smart Agriculture course combines theory with practice,online and offline,and both inside and outside the school,highlighting the overall structure,key elements,practical cases and ideological and political education in all courses,so as to help students establish a technological path to reshape traditional agriculture with big data and Internet thinking,set up smart agriculture special practice for"Internet Plus"Competition and Innovation Competition,and increase the design of research teaching content.At the same time,we should strengthen the students'feelings of"big country,agriculture,rural areas and farmers",as well as their scientific spirit,innovative spirit and personal accomplishment,and train practical,compound and innovative technical talents to serve the revitalization of the rural area and build a digital rural area and facilitate the development of digital rural area.
