"绿茶+红茶"双茶联动加工模式研究——以瑞安市岭雅绿茶综合开发有限公司为例

绿茶和红茶是我国两大主要茶类品种,如何发挥两者优势实现联动发展,是茶叶生产面临的重要课题.浙江省瑞安市岭雅绿茶综合开发有限公司"绿+红"双茶联动加工模式,通过合理规划茶园生产节奏,科学应用茶树生长规律,实现茶园资源的高效利用.该文首先介绍岭雅绿茶综合开发有限公司茶园的基本情况,详细阐述该基地实施双茶联动加工的时间规划,即提前春季采制绿茶,延后采制红茶,论述绿茶加工的严格采摘要求与精细工艺流程,以及红茶加工的采摘标准与小种红茶制作工艺.最后,介绍该基地采用的新型绿色防控技术与有机肥料应用情况.双茶联动加工模式提高资源利用效率,为茶叶生产实现可持续发展提供经验借鉴.
Green tea and black tea are the two main tea varieties in China.How to give full play to their advantages to achieve joint development is an important issue for tea production.The"green + red"double tea linkage processing mode of Lingya Green Tea Comprehensive Development Co.,Ltd.,Ruian City,Zhejiang Province,realized the efficient utilization of tea garden resources through rational planning of tea garden production rhythm and scientific application of tea tree growth law.This paper first introduces the basic situation of the tea garden of Lingya Green Tea Comprehensive Development Co.,Ltd.,and expounds in detail the time planning for the implementation of double-tea linkage processing in the base,that is,to harvest green tea in advance in spring and postpone the production of black tea.This paper discusses the strict picking requirements and fine technological process of green tea processing,as well as the picking standard of black tea processing and the production technology of races black tea.Finally,the new green prevention and control technology and the application of organic fertilizer used in the base are introduced.The double-tea linkage processing mode improves the efficiency of resource utilization and provides experience and reference for the sustainable development of tea production.
