As the only landlocked country in Southeast Asia,Laos benefits from its geographical and climatic characteristics and has significant advantages in agricultural development.Agricultural trade and cooperation has always been one of the important cornerstones of exchanges between China and Laos.Under the"Belt and Road"Initiative,more and more Chinese agricultural enterprises begin to"go global",in order to give full play to the respective advantages of the two countries and seek a new situation of common development in the new development context.Technical talents are the cornerstone of enterprise development,and agricultural vocational colleges,which shoulder the important task of training agricultural talents,how to train all kinds of talents to meet the needs of cross-border agricultural enterprises is an urgent problem for agricultural vocational colleges to consider.By combing the types and characteristics of Lao agricultural enterprises,this paper attempts to analyze the talent demand for Lao agricultural enterprises.
