This article aims to deeply explore the impact of China's agricultural policies on grassroots plant protection and propose effective response strategies to these impacts.Firstly,we conducted an in-depth analysis of agricultural subsidy policies,green agricultural development policies,agricultural science and technology promotion policies,agricultural insurance policies,and agricultural environmental protection policies,and revealed the profound impact of these policies on grassroots IPM(Integrated Pest Management),including agricultural subsidy policies that have a significant impact on farmers'investment in plant protection,green agricultural development policies that promote biopesticides and green prevention-and-control technologies,which have a significant impact on reducing the use of chemical pesticides,and agricultural science and technology promotion policies that have a significant impact on farmers'IPM knowledge and skills.In addition to the direct impact,agricultural insurance policies help farmers prevent and control pests and diseases,the strictness of agricultural environmental protection policies may limit the use of certain pesticides,and the impact on grassroots IPM systems.In response to the above impacts,this paper proposes a series of response strategies.This includes strengthening the promotion of agricultural science and technology,improving farmers'IPM knowledge and skills,establishing and improving crop pest and disease prevention and control systems,improving grassroots IPM efficiency,guiding farmers to participate in agricultural insurance,reducing losses caused by pests and diseases,promoting eco-IPM,reducing the negative impact of agricultural environmental protection policies on grassroots plant protection.
