Rural revitalization is the general starting point for promoting the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and rural community governance is the practical need to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization and promote the modernization of governance.Based on the analysis of the era value of strengthening rural community governance from the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper aims at the realistic difficulties such as the urgent transformation of the governance mode of rural community governance,the lag of the work concept of rural cadres and the serious loss of rural human resources.It is proposed that we should implement the principle of"Three Governances into One",accelerate the transformation of rural community governance,strengthen the comprehensive ability training of rural community cadres,make them better adapt to the new situation and requirements,actively introduce all kinds of talents and social organizations and other measures to optimize rural community governance,provide inspiration for rural community governance innovation,and promote high-quality development of rural revitalization.
