Rural revitalization includes industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization,of which the most important,fundamental and key thing is industrial revitalization.The revitalization of rural industry is closely related to the material and economic basis of rural development,and it is the key to the overall revitalization of rural areas.To promote the revitalization of rural industries,we must establish and improve the institutional system and effectively promote the top-down transmission of policies,which is an important guarantee for the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas and the revitalization of rural areas.It is of vital significance to the construction of socialist villages with Chinese characteristics.Based on the field investigation of the implementation process of the rural industrial revitalization policy in H Town,F County,and based on the Smith policy implementation process model,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the implementation of the rural industrial revitalization policy from multiple angles and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide some inspiration and reference for the grass-roots government to implement the industrial revitalization policy more effectively and promote rural revitalization.
