Probing into the win-win mechanism of rural grass-roots organizations and agricultural cooperatives is of great guiding significance to improve farmers'enthusiasm,increase farmers'income,industrial prosperity,rural development and enterprise income,and has important practical significance in promoting the effective connection between the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Through field research,this paper makes an in-depth understanding of the development of cooperatives with the deep participation of rural grass-roots organizations,and analyzes the existing problems of the win-win mechanism between rural grass-roots organizations and agricultural cooperatives.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for realizing the win-win situation of rural grass-roots organizations and agricultural cooperatives.
