At present,China has eliminated absolute poverty,and rural revitalization has become an important goal of the"second centenary".Digital rural construction based on artificial intelligence and big data will become an important part of rural revitalization.From the perspective of governance modernization,this paper analyzes the five major problems existing in the process of digital rural construction:lagging network infrastructure,unclear policies,widening digital divide,lack of overall planning and coordination by the government,and ineffective network information security.This paper further puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,including increasing investment in infrastructure construction,formulating clear policies and regulations,promoting the training and popularization of digital technology,strengthening cooperation and coordination,strengthening information security,and so on.These countermeasures are aimed at providing a clear path for digital rural construction,ensuring its healthy development,and providing support for the comprehensive digital transformation and sustainable development of rural economy.
