A new rural talent is an indispensable important force to help the rural area to achieve common prosperity.In order to clarify the relevant factors affecting the return of new rural talents to promote rural common prosperity,taking Z County of Shandong Province as an example,based on the Embeddedness Theory,this paper selects the four dimensions of new rural talents'own factors,communicative embedded factors,structural embedded factors and emotional embedded factors,and makes a correlation and linear regression analysis of the factors in the field of new rural talents'returning to rural areas for the sake of the common prosperity.It is concluded that the returning of new rural talents to help enhance rural common prosperity is mainly affected by the needs of development of new rural talents themselves,the guidance of national policies,the needs of rural industrial development and the inspiration of the local culture,and corresponding mitigation strategies were put forward according to its influencing factors.
