Training modern agricultural talents is an important starting point to serve the revitalization of rural areas,and strengthening the construction of first-class undergraduate majors is an important way to train modern agricultural talents.In view of the problems in the construction of first-class biotechnology majors in local agriculture-related universities,such as the inaccurate orientation of personnel training,the weak strength of"double-position"teachers,the relative lag of curriculum construction,the lack of supporting funds,and so on.Yulin Normal University proposes to clarify the orientation of personnel training,establish a team of"double-position"teachers,strengthen the construction of curriculum system,promote the construction of teaching materials,enhance the ability of teachers'education and teaching reform,strengthen the cultivation of practical and innovative ability,and build a scientific evaluation and monitoring system.The measures of national first-class specialty construction of biotechnology in local agriculture-related colleges and universities provide a useful reference for the new model of first-class undergraduate specialty construction in local agriculture-related universities.
