Financial literacy is one of the necessary basic qualities for rural township cadres.Improving their financial literacy plays an important role in promoting the standardization of village-level financial management,the high efficiency of village-level financial services and the high quality of village-level economic development.However,at the present stage,there is a lack of research and practical exploration on the financial literacy training of rural township cadres,so we take the rural township cadres in Guangxi as the research object.Through the combination of"online quantitative"questionnaire and"offline qualitative"interview and investigation,we should have an in-depth understanding of their financial literacy level and needs,set up a scientific and rational training curriculum system,explore the cooperation between school and government to build a teaching team,produce training resources,and innovate training methods and other curriculum system operation guarantee mechanisms,so as to facilitate the construction and implementation of financial literacy training curriculum system for Guangxi rural cadres,and provide reference for other areas.
