To implement rural revitalization,talent is the top priority.One of the important missions of vocational colleges at present is to cultivate professional talents for rural revitalization.However,the talent cultivation mode of most vocational colleges is not highly connected to the demand for rural revitalization.In the context of rural revitalization,studying the talent cultivation mode of vocational colleges,changing the situation where rural development and vocational colleges are not closely connected,guiding students to actively participate in rural construction,becoming a continuous source of human resources for rural revitalization,and forming assistance for rural talent cultivation.At the same time,vocational colleges have adjusted the existing talent cultivation mode by establishing rural teaching practice bases and encouraging graduates to return to school and start businesses,forming a new talent cultivation mode.Through 360 degrees of comprehensive training for students,the efforts to support rural talent cultivation have been strengthened in the context of rural revitalization.
