乡村振兴背景下新生代乡村教师职业选择与留任意愿研究

教育振兴是乡村振兴的先决基础,乡村振兴战略的实施也带给乡村教育新的发展机遇.在此战略背景下,乡村教师作为乡村教育发展的关键力量,承载着更为深厚的使命感与责任感.然而在城镇化的快速发展下,乡村教师的队伍建设面临着"去本土化"与"空心化"的处境.近年来,新生代教师积极投身乡村,逐渐成为乡村教师队伍的主力军,但仍存在"下不来""留不住""教不好"等现实问题.针对此种现象,该文通过对安徽省白茆镇一线新生代乡村教师进行田野调查,探寻其职业选择与留任意愿,总结相关经验,以期为我国乡村教师队伍的建设工作提供思路.
The revitalization of education is the prerequisite for the revitalization of rural areas,and the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy also brings new opportunities for the development of rural education.In this strategic context,rural teachers,as the key force in the development of rural education,bear a deeper sense of mission and responsibility.However,with the rapid development of urbanization,the construction of rural teachers is facing the situation of"de-localization"and"hollowing out".In recent years,the new generation of teachers have actively devoted themselves to the countryside and gradually become the main force of rural teachers,but there are still some practical problems,such as"inability to come down""inabilityto stay""inability to teach well",and so on.In view of this phenomenon,this paper makes a field survey of the new generation of rural teachers in Baimao Town,Anhui Province,explores their career choice and willingness to stay,and summarizes the relevant experience,in order to provide ideas for the construction of rural teachers in our country.
