摘要
河南作为农业大省,粮食安全至关重要.作者从事河南省气象培训教育工作多年,对河南省气象为农服务培训现状进行分析总结,并在全省范围内开展气象为农服务培训需求调查,对调查结果进行深入分析.其目的是对以后河南省气象为农服务培训的发展、课程内容设计、培训方式等提出合理的建议,以期形成科学培训体系达到良好的培训效果,提高河南省气象为农服务职工的综合素质,满足各层次职工对气象为农服务培训的需求.
Abstract
Henan,as a major agricultural province,food security is very important.The author has been engaged in meteorological training education and training in Henan Province for many years,analyzed and summarized the current situation of meteorological service training for agriculture in Henan Province,carried out a survey on the demand of meteorological service training for agriculture in the whole province,and made an in-depth analysis of the survey results.Its purpose is to put forward reasonable suggestions on the development,course content design and training methods of meteorological service training for agriculture in Henan Province in the future,in order to form a scientific training system to achieve a good training effect,improve the comprehensive quality of meteorological service workers in Henan Province,and meet the needs of workers at all levels for meteorological service training for agriculture.
