摘要
基因编辑作为一种起源于 20 世纪 80 年代的新兴学科,近年来发展迅速,在各个领域呈迅猛增长态势.为探究基因编辑在植物育种中的最新进展,以及基因编辑在植物育种中的重要作用,该文分别论述基因编辑在提高植物的抗病性、改良种子品质、提高植物营养、改善植物风味和增加植物适应能力等多种方面的应用,结合国内外最新文献,介绍基因编辑在植物育种领域的最新进展.
Abstract
As As an emerging discipline originating in the 1980s,gene editing has developed rapidly in recent years,showing a rapid growth trend in various fields.In order to explore the latest progress of gene editing in plant breeding and the important role of gene editing in plant breeding,this paper discusses the application of gene editing in improving plant disease resistance,improving seed quality and plant nutrition.Improve plant flavor,increase plant adaptability and other applications,combined with the latest literature at home and abroad,introduce the latest progress of gene editing in the field of plant breeding.
