乡村振兴背景下大学生村官基层治理模式分析——以甘肃省民乐县为例

摘要
党的二十大报告提出,全面推进乡村振兴.坚持农业农村优先发展,坚持城乡融合发展,畅通城乡要素流动.中国高校也在积极引导大学生在基层就业,大学生村官正逐步成为乡镇干部的重要人员和中国乡村发展的新趋势,为中国农村建设提供新的发展思路,促进乡村的全方面发展.但随着越来越多的大学生回村建设,越来越多的问题也不断涌现.论文重点利用SWOT分析法,就大学生村官在民乐县新农村建设中的优劣势挑战与威胁等问题展开剖析,对大学生在乡村治理工作中所存在的问题展开深入研究,并对新出现的问题一一给出对策建议,希望该文可以对民乐县乡村振兴战略发展提供帮助.
Abstract
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress proposed to comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural areas,give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,adhere to the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and smooth the flow of urban and rural factors.Chinese colleges and universities are also actively guiding college students to obtain employment at the grass-roots level.College student village officials are gradually becoming important personnel of township cadres and a new trend of rural development in China.They provide new development ideas for China's rural construction and promote all aspects of rural development.However,with more and more college students returning to the village for construction,more and more problems also emerge.By using SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,challenges and threats of college student village officials in the construction of new countryside in Minle County,makes an in-depth study on the problems existing in college students'rural governance,and puts forward policies and measures for the emerging problems one by one,so that this article can provide help to the strategic development of rural revitalization in Minle County.
