涉农高校"双创"教育与区域农业产业协同联动发展探究——以广西农业职业技术大学为例

摘要
随着乡村振兴战略全面实施及农业现代化建设步伐加速,社会对涉农"双创"型人才的需求显著提升,也间接推动涉农高校"双创"教育深化改革.涉农高校"双创"教育的质量提升,要求其需全面与区域农业产业协同联动发展,将打造"懂农业、爱农村、爱农民""双创"型人才队伍作为育人目标.该文以广西农业职业技术大学"双创"教育改革实践为例,通过构建涉农高校"双创"教育与区域农业产业协同联动体系,有效提升毕业生就业创业质量,并全面助力区域乡村全面振兴及产业发展,为其他高校"双创"教育改革提供一定参考.
Abstract
With the full implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the accelerated pace of agricultural modernization,the social demand for agriculture-related mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents has increased significantly,but also indirectly promote the deepening reform of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in agriculture-related colleges and universities.To improve the quality of dual-creative education in agriculture-related universities,it is required to develop collaboratively with the regional agricultural industry,and to create a team of dual-creative talents who"understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farmers"as the goal of talent training.Taking the practice of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education reform in Guangxi Vocational University of Agriculture as an example,this paper effectively improves the entrepreneurial quality of graduates by constructing a cooperative linkage system between mass entrepreneurship and innovation education and regional agricultural industry in agriculture-related universities.And comprehensively promote the overall revitalization of regional villages and industrial development,and provide some reference for the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education reform in other colleges and universities.
