摘要
乡村职业教育在服务"三农"、助推乡村振兴中发挥着独特作用.而乡村职业教育的"四重逻辑"是实现其高质量发展的基础.一是本位逻辑,明确乡村职业教育既姓"农"又姓"职";二是目标逻辑,围绕乡村各群体的需求培养技能;三是结构逻辑,构建完善的乡村职教体系;四是治理逻辑,实现各参与主体"集群联动"效应.
Abstract
Rural higher vocational education plays a unique role in serving"agriculture,countryside and farmers"and promoting rural revitalization.The"four-fold logic"of rural higher vocational education is the basis for its high-quality development.The first is the basic logic,making it clear that rural higher vocational education is both named"agriculture"and"occupation".The second is the goal of logic,around the needs of rural groups to cultivate skills.The third is structural logic,the construction of a sound rural higher vocational education system.The fourth is the governance logic,to achieve the"cluster linkage"effect of the participants.
