From the perspective of the"Dual Carbon"goal, agriculture as an industry has its particularity. At present, agricultural carbon emissions account for a relatively high proportion of carbon emissions, but farmland has the function of carbon sequestration, which means that as long as the production mode is changed and advanced technology is applied,it will be able to maximize the efficiency of agricultural emission reduction and increase exchange and achieve the development of"negative carbon emissions".Based on this, this paper starts with the characteristics and key points of the development of smart agriculture under the"Dual Carbon"goal, and discusses the characteristics of agricultural production and management at the present stage,as well as ideas about and specific paths to the development of smart agriculture,in the hope of promoting the transformation of the low-carbon and smart mode of agricultural production and management.
