The purpose of this study is to explore the precision and feasibility of high sensitivity immunofluorescence technique in the detection of animal immune antibodies.This technique uses highly specific antibodies to combine with the antigen to be detected to produce specific fluorescence signals under the fluorescence microscope,so as to realize the rapid and accurate detection of animal immune antibodies.Various animal models and different antibody samples were systematically evaluated in this study to assess the performance of this technology in the detection of animal immune antibodies.
