环塔里木经济带特色产业赋能乡村振兴路径研究

党的十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略以来,全国各地掀起乡村振兴建设的热潮,新疆很多地方涌现了独具特色的典型案例.分析和总结产业融合发展促进乡村振兴案例,有助于检验和完善乡村振兴顶层设计和制度体系,有助于提供具有可操作性和可借鉴性的经验做法.该文重点分析环塔里木经济带部分县级和村级乡村振兴典型案例的具体做法和逻辑,并归纳相应的启示意义.
Since the report of the 19th CPC National Congress put forward the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,there has been an upsurge of rural revitalization construction all over the country,and typical cases with unique characteristics have emerged in many places in Xinjiang.The analysis and summary of the cases of industrial integration and development promoting rural revitalization will facilitate the testing and improvement of the top-level design and institutional system of rural revitalization,and help to provide operational and referential experiences and practices.This paper focuses on the specific practices and logic of some typical cases of county-level and village-level rural revitalization in the Tarim Economic Belt,and sums up the corresponding enlightening significance.
