Tuoyilubulong Village,Qia'erlong Township,Aketao County in Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture was,under the Party's targeted poverty alleviation policy,relocated from mountain villages of remote geographical locations,bad natural surroundings and frequent natural disasters.After the relocation,the whole village relied on poverty alleviation policies and supportive agricultural facilities and realized the transformations of pastoral areas to urban areas and then to new production-urban integrationareas and of herdsmen to residents and then to new professional farmers by sustainable development of"joint animal husbandry by ten households"and by transferring employment to get rid of poverty and take the road of"rapid increase in income".Using the SWOT analysis method,this paper discusses the experiences and methods in the practice of targeted poverty alleviation in Tuoyilubulong Village and analyzes the follow-up measures for consolidation and promotion.
