农业高校产业学院发展现状、困境与对策

产业学院是农业高校实现产教融合协同育人的重要途径.当前,农业高校产业学院建设工作稳步推进,在取得较为丰硕的成果的同时,也面临诸多困难,这些困难和问题的解决关系到农业高校产业学院的健康发展.该文在总结梳理农业高校产业学院发展现状、面临的困境和掣肘因素的基础上,从目标定位、学科结构、产教融合、师资建设、人才培养、社会服务和管理评价等方面提出破解对策,实现产业学院育人资源整合优化,促进农业高校产业学院高质量发展.
The industrial college is an important way to realize the integration of production and education in agricultural colleges and universities.At present,the construction of industrial colleges in agricultural universities is progressing steadily,and they are facing many difficulties while achieving more fruitful results.The solution of these difficulties and problems is related to the healthy development of industrial colleges in agricultural universities.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing and sorting out the current situation of the development of industrial colleges in agricultural universities and colleges,the difficulties they are facing and the restrictive factors,countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of target orientation,discipline structure,integration of production and education,teacher construction,personnel training,social service,management evaluation,etc.To realize the integration and optimization of education resources of industrial colleges and promote the high-quality development of industrial colleges in agricultural universities.
