The proposal and implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization has injected more power and connotation into the implementation of practical education in colleges and universities.Local application-oriented colleges and universities with the goal of conveying applied talents have the responsibility and mission of transporting young talents for the strategy of rural revitalization.Taking Shanxi Institute of Energy as an example,based on the reality of the school,this paper further explores the social practice and education path of college students'"Serving Rural Areas in 3 Aspects"in the context of rural revitalization.In order to serve the growth of students,improve the level of education in colleges and universities,and implement the fundamental goal of establishing morality and cultivating people,local application-oriented colleges and universities should take"Three All Education"as the"ideological soul",take the integration of industry and education as the development path,and regard the social practice of"Serving Rural Areas in 3 Aspects"as colleges and universities to integrate into the national Rural Revitalization Strategy,so as to fully realize the important"magic weapon"of educating people for the Party and for the country.
