摘要
新型职业农民与传统农民不同,其要有文化、善技术、懂经营、会管理及能创业.以"提升职业技能、服务转型发展"为目标,培养新型职业农民创业能力,是新农村建设的重要基础,是现代农业发展的需要,也是提高收入的重要途径.该文将探讨培养新型职业农民创业能力的可行性方法.
Abstract
The new type of professional farmers are different from traditional farmers in that they should know about culture,technology,operation,management and entrepreneurship.With the goal of"upgrading vocational skills and service transformation and development",cultivating the entrepreneurial ability of new professional farmers is an important foundation for the construction of a new countryside,a requirement for modern agricultural development,and an important way to improve income.This paper will explore the feasible methods of cultivating the entrepreneurial ability of new professional farmers.
