With the construction of territorial space planning system,more and more attention has been paid to the protection of landscape features and the prominence of regional characteristics under the scale of territorial space,and the shaping of charming space within the scope of territorial space has become the focus.Taking the practical process of territorial space planning in Jingyuan County,Baiyin City,Gansu Province as an example,and from the point of view of the dynamic development of territorial space planning,this paper analyzes the charming elements of Jingyuan County,finds out the background characteristics of charm resources,identifies the existing charming space and potential charming space,and constructs the charm territorial space system of Jingyuan County,so as to generally form the charming territorial space system structure of"charm node gradient drive,charm corridor connection interaction,and charm area complementary development".Then,this paper puts forward targeted development strategies to form a charmingterritorial space control system and transmission system,so as to provide guidance for lower-level planning and town and village planning.
