At present,there is little research on the application model of the increase and decrease of urban and rural development land.In this paper,the increase and decrease of urban and rural development land in the streets of the Yellow River in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City is determined as three application models.On the basis of drawing lessons from the domestic established evaluation index system of the increase and decrease of urban and rural development land,three new indicators of land saving rate,construction efficiency and income per unit area are introduced through analysis,thus the comparison index of the model is determined.Finally,the optimal application model is determined by quantitative calculation.By comparing the application characteristics of each model,the advantages and disadvantages of different models are analyzed in detail,and constructive suggestions are put forward to provide decision-making basis for the application of linking the increase and decrease of urban and rural development land.
