地膜微塑料对玉米生长与养分吸收的影响

地膜残留及破碎形成的微塑料(Microplastics,MPs)持续增加,成为农田土壤MPs的重要来源之一.通过盆栽试验,分析地膜MPs处理水平(0.5%,1%和 2%)对玉米形态、生理、生物量及养分吸收的影响.结果表明,与对照(CK)相比,0.5%地膜MPs对玉米生长无明显影响.随着地膜MPs水平增加(1%和 2%)和暴露时间延长(拔节期和抽穗期),玉米株高、茎宽、叶面积、根系长度、表面积及生物量显著减少.叶片叶绿素含量、SOD酶含量减少而MDA含量升高表明地膜MPs导致玉米光合受损及氧化应激.较高水平地膜MPs(1%和 2%)也会抑制玉米吸收养分.农田土壤地膜MPs积累对作物生长的抑制可能消减地膜覆盖栽培的优势.
The residual and broken microplastics(Microplastics,MPs)of mulch film continue to increase,which has become one of the important sources of MPs in farmland soil.A pot experiment was conducted to analyze the effects of mulch film MPs treatment levels(0.5%1%and 2%)on the morphology,physiology,biomass and nutrient absorption of corn.The results showed that compared with the control(CK),0.5%mulch film MPs had no significant effect on the growth of corn.With the increase of MPs levels of mulch film(1%and 2%)and the prolongation of exposure time(jointing stage and heading stage),corn plant height,stem width,leaf area,root length and surface area and biomass decreased significantly.The decrease of chlorophyll content and SOD enzyme content and the increase of MDA content in leaves indicated that mulch film mulching MPs caused photosynthetic damage and oxidative stress in corn.Higher levels of mulch film MPs(1%and 2%)also inhibited nutrient absorption by corn.The inhibition of MPs accumulation of soil mulch film on crop growth may reduce the advantage of mulch film mulching cultivation.
