Based on the field investigation of human settlements in Baibujing Village,Lai'an County,this paper analyzes the existing problems of human settlements in Baibujing village,and puts forward six spatial elements of human settlements such as roads,water bodies,farmhouses,facilities,micro-gardens and nodes as the object.By using systemic thinking,this study explores strategies for improving human settlement environment,aiming to provide relevant experiences for similar rural areas seeking to enhance their human settlement environment.
