In recent years,rural revitalization has become an important work of urban and rural construction.In the process of promoting rural revitalization,we not only need to provide institutional protection in terms of policy and law,but also need a large number of talents to invest in rural construction.This paper makes an in-depth investigation on 7 districts and 4 counties(cities)under the jurisdiction of Changchun,obtains the current situation and existing problems of rural talent management,puts forward solutions from the perspective of talent management,and explores the methods of selecting,using,educating and retaining talents in the work of rural revitalization,so as to provide suggestions for rural development.
