In recent years,the comprehensive development of rural revitalization has posed new requirements for rural governance,and the role of rural talent culture in leading rural moral governance has become increasingly prominent.Based on the situation of rural moral governance in the new era,this paper analyzes the realistic difficulties faced by the rural virtuous culture in the construction of rural virtuous culture,such as the lack of the main strength of the construction of rural virtuous culture,the weak traditional foundation and the limited function of moral governance.And this paper pertinently puts forward providing policy support and financial security,strengthening the spread and promotion of rural talent culture,and making follow-up arrangements for the return of rural sages,so as to provide prerequisites for township sages to play their governance role,try to lead the rule of rural virtue through the rural culture,gather the strength of the villagers,and finally realize the all-round revitalization of the countryside.
