涉农院校"劳-创"双育融合模式构建探究——以畜牧类专业为例

摘要
乡村区域对"双创"型人才需求全面提升,推动涉农院校劳动教育与创新创业教育融合运用的探索.基于双育融合的价值内涵、内在基础、现实困境等分析,该文提出"劳-创"双育融合育人模式的基本思路,以畜牧类专业为初探实例,实施教学目标重设、教学内容优化、教学载体拓展、教学方法改革和教学队伍重构等优化,创新构建双育多维融合模式,以促进人才培养质量.
Abstract
The overall increase in the demand for mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents in rural areas has promoted the exploration of the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in agriculture-related colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the value connotation,internal basis and realistic predicament of dual-education integration,this paper puts forward the basic idea of"labor-innovation"dual-education integration model,taking animal husbandry majors as an example.We should implement the optimization of teaching objectives,the optimization of teaching content,the expansion of teaching carrier,the reform of teaching methods and the reconstruction of teaching team,and innovate to construct the multi-dimensional integration model of double education in order to promote the quality of personnel training.
