"Agriculture is the foundation of the state,and the foundation is solid and peaceful."On February 21,2021,the Central Committee document"Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Speeding Up Agricultural and Rural Modernization"was officially released,which poses higher requirements for village planning in the new situation.The integrated development of agriculture,culture and tourism is not only an important starting point for the development of rural agriculture,tourism and culture,but also one of the keys to the revitalization of rural areas.Taking Changjiang Village,Jinkou Street,Jiangxia District as an example,this paper takes the guiding ideology of agricultural cultural tourism as the core,relies on the industrial,ecological and cultural resources of Changjiang Village,and aims to build a vegetable town.From the three aspects of industrial upgrading,facility improvement and style improvement,this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of the integration and development of agricultural,cultural and tourism,so as to provide a new sample for rural revitalization.
