Forall-round rural revitalization,the old revolutionary base areas are the key areas for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.Red cultural resources,as the advantageous resources of the old revolutionary base areas,have important value in promoting industrial revitalization,improving rural civilization and enhancing effective governance.This paper summarizes the practical experience of rural revitalization in Yongxin County based on its Red cultural resources.In view of the hindering factors such as backward infrastructure,obvious homogenization of development,insufficient exploration of Red cultural resources,and insufficient"red,green,and ancient"coordinated development,it is proposed to broaden financing channels to improve red literature and tourism service facilities;strengthen regional cooperation to consolidate the joint efforts of revitalizing development in the border areas of Hunan and Jiangxi provinces;actively introduce talents to dig deep into the time value of Red cultural resources;strengthen the integration of resources to promote the"red,green and ancient"coordinated development;and promote the realization of the goals of prosperous rural industry,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and affluent life.
