At present,China's agriculture is facing a critical period of scientific and technological transformation and upgrading characterized by intelligent technology,big data and the Internet of things,which is the key stage of accelerating the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture to digitalization and intelligence.However,the current lack of digital literacy and ability of rural farmers has seriously restricted the digital transformation of agriculture,and there is an urgent need for a large number of digital rural human capital to make up for the shortcomings of agricultural modernization.Therefore,how to strengthen the training of agricultural science and technology,explore the effective strategies of digital cultivation of high-quality farmers,and consolidate the talent support of agricultural digital transformation are the dilemmas and problems that need to be solved in the digital transformation and upgrading of agricultural modernization.Based on the existing research status and basis,this study aims at the practical difficulties such as inaccurate training content,single training means,weak training teachers and so on.We will actively promote the digital cultivation of high-quality farmers from six aspects:training planning,training content,teachers'conditions,teaching classroom,teaching scene and agricultural platform.
