县域城乡融合发展的逻辑理路与路径选择——以英德市为例

摘要
城乡融合发展是推进高质量发展的必然要求,也是其中关键的评价指标,而其中县域作为城乡融合发展的桥头堡与突破口,在探索城乡融合发展中有着典型的示范意义.县域作为城市之尾、农村之首,一头连着城、一头带着乡,是城镇体系的重要组成部分,也是衔接城乡的重要活动载体.推进县域城乡融合有着深刻的逻辑理路及价值意涵,以研析英德市在开创县域城乡融合发展大局中的 5 大举措为探索路径,提取其特色经验,对推动高质量发展具有重大意义.
Abstract
The development of urban-rural integration is not only the inevitable requirement of promoting high-quality development,but also the key evaluation index,in which the county,as the bridgehead and breakthrough of urban-rural integration,has a typical demonstration significance in exploring the development of urban-rural integration.As the end of the city and the head of the countryside,the county is connected with the city at one end and the township at the other.It is not only an important part of the urban system,but also an important activity carrier connecting urban and rural areas.Promoting county-level urban-rural integration has profound logic and value implications.It is of great significance to analyze the five major measures of Yingde City in creating the overall situation of county-level urban-rural integration development,and to extract its characteristic experience.
