Labor spirit contains rich educational elements and comprehensive educational value.The combination of labor spirit cultivation education and college students'employment guidance is not only in line with the law of students'growth,but also conforms to the new situation and new requirements of labor and employment in the new era.On the basis of explaining the essential agreement between labor spirit and employment education,this paper probes into the significance of labor spirit self-cultivation education in employment guidance in agriculture-related vocational colleges,according to the characteristics of the study section of agriculture-related vocational colleges,construct the specific path of integrating labor spirit self-cultivation education into employment education,through reason,emotion,will and behavior,in order to improve college students'ability of high-quality employment.
